toobleでエラー

toobleでYouTubeをダウンロードしようとするとエラーになってしまいます。

先週まで問題なかったのですが、サポートページによると

Error D02

This error occurs when there is trouble determining information about a specific video, usually because there is something blocking Tooble's access to YouTube. To fix this, please make sure that there is nothing blocking Tooble's access to YouTube such as a bad internet connection or a firewall.

YouTubeは問題なく視聴できるし、firewallをオフにしてもダメ。
